Sauvignon Blanc has been central to our family’s winemaking since the beginning. It is Luis Felipe Sr’s favourite grape variety. Pago Centro is a special collaboration with three times New Zealand Winemaker of the Year, Matt Thomson. We sourced fruit from the premium vineyards of Valle de San Antonio, where cooling onshore breezes and sandy soils produce top quality grapes. Like all world-class Sauvginon Blancs, Pago Centro is a true expression of its terroir.
