Our Organization

Viña Luis Felipe Edwards is entirely owned and managed by the Edwards family.Our company focuses on producing bottled wines for the world’s major markets. The production of wine from our own grapes means we control every single step of the process from the vineyard to the bottle. 

Thanks to the quality of our land in Colchagua, Leyda, Maule and Casablanca Valleys, to the rigorous controls in our vineyards, and to the hard work and dedication of all the LFE team, we have gained a strong reputation within the Chilean wine industry for the quality and consistency of our wines as well as for the level of service we deliver to our customers.

Our management and export offices are located at our headquarters in Santiago, whilst the main winery and production facility is situated at the San Jose de Puquillay Estate in Nancagua, 180 kilometres further south in the Colchagua Valley.

We own and control over 1000 hectares of prime vineyard land in a number of different locations that benefit from ideal microclimates for growing wine grapes.  The Colchagua Valley, a relatively warm region internationally recognised for producing some of Chile’s finest red wines, is the basis of our vineyard holdings: comprising the San Jose de Puquillay Estate in Nancagua - which incorporates the LFE900 mountain vineyards, the Santa Juana Estate nearby and the Santa Bernardita de Pupilla Estate in Palmilla. Some 100 kilometres northwest in the Leyda Valley on the Pacific Ocean coast, Marea de Leyda, consists of cool coastal vineyards, ideal for the production of top quality white wines and cooler climate Pinot Noir.

Our own vineyard holdings are complemented by grape-growing contracts with selected growers in other key high quality regions including Alto Maipo, Cauquenes Valley, Casablanca Valley, Maule Valley and the Curico Valley.
