OLD BLOCK VINEYARD

The original property which was taken on by Luis Felipe Edwards Snr in 1976 already had some established vineyards

Still standing today and producing concentrated quality fruit is the Old Block Malbec. The original vines planted in 1937 represent the traditional values at LFE. The vines, twisted and mangled with age, produce super concentrated fruit and go into our blends to provide complexity.
